" This report is issue by the Cambay Gemmological Lab (CGL) and accepted by the client on the Following terms and conditions :-
This reports is issue to the client on his/her accepting the terms and condition of the Cambay Gemmological Lab for gemstone identification as they appear in the latter submitted to the Cambay Gemmological Lab by the client.
We have Random check only. We have not responsible for stone is heated or treated.
Cambay Gemmological Lab and its employees/agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from any error in or omission from this report. Even if caused by or resulting from necligence or other fault.
A gemstone can be treated, modified and re-cut, to enhance its colour and clarity at anytime. Therefor the conclusion of this report reflect the finding at the time it is issued.
Test which are not applicable or useful in identification are not performed.
This certificate does not indicate whether the stone has been treated or not to its present colour by any process whatsoever, unless otherwise specified.
The certificate is not for valuation or pertain to the quality of the stone or its cutting. it is only an identification report.
Cambay Gemmological Lab gem carefully with specialized instrument and prepared this report to the best of its knowledge and professional standards.
It may be that opinions may reasonably very as to the characterized covered in this report and therefore, neither nor any other member of its staff shall, at any time, be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result for the application of other testing methods.
This report is provided upon the request of the client and / or the owner of the gem and also by agreeing to the terms and condition of the CGL related to the certification. By making this report CGL does not agree to purchase or replace the gem. Neither the client nor any purchase of the gem shall regard as a documents of valuation nor as a guaranty or warranty.
In the event of any claim by the client or any other person for damage to the gem or damage resulting directly or indirectly, from this report, the liability of CGL shall be limited to the amount it receive as a fee in connection with this report.
Any dispute arising out of this report falls within the jurisdiction of the law courts of Khambhat only.
CGL is no account responsible for possible dissimilarities and / or difference that could appear from repeated examination or as a result for other method applied or the possible inaccuracy due to the technical / mechanical defects/ error of the instruments / equipment used".
All testing will be done at owner's risk.
Owner's are requested to check their goods before leaving the counter.
